Below this, you will find descriptions of the various images added to my locker and the reasons why I added them.
Image 1 - Backpack: I chose this image for my locker because my school backpack in real life is black. Black is also one of my favorite colors.
Image 2 - Computer Science Club: I am a member of RBR’s computer science club and decided to add a flyer next to my locker.
Image 3 - Cyber Teams: I am also a member of the CyberTeams club here at RBR. Since I am currently thinking about going into cyber security for college, so I thought it would be a good pick for my locker.
Image 4 - Capybara: I chose a capybara to sit by my locker because they are my favorite animal. Capybaras are the largest rodent in the world and are very friendly.
Image 5 - Glasses: I put a pair of glasses on the capybara because I wear glasses and cannot see without them. I have astigmatism with a -3.5 prescription in my left eye and -4.0 in my right eye.
Image 6 - Computer: I love computers and decided to put one in my locker since that is one of my favorite things. I see myself working with computers in the future and building a career with computers.
Image 7 - Monitor: I put this in my locker since you can’t have a computer without a monitor. I also added tetris blocks to the screen since I enjoy playing it.
Image 8 - Game Controller: I added a video game controller because in my freetime, I like to play video games with my friends. We have recently gotten into Tetris and it's really fun.
Image 9 - Turkish Delight: ‘Turkish Delights’ are one of my favorite foods. They come in many different flavors and are similar to mochi. I am also half Turkish.
Image 10 - I added a painting of a koi fish because when I was little I had a koi fish pond in my backyard. I also really like their patterns and colors.
